  Conference Registration Fees

  • Member Registration: $225 Early Bird (through Tuesday, September 15, 2026)
    Registration increases to $250 beginning Wednesday, September 16 through Friday, October 2, 2026.
  • Corporate Sponsor (Attending): $450 (includes registration for one attendee). Additional attendees follow the member registration fee schedule.
  • Corporate Sponsor (Contributing, Non-Attending): $300

  Provided Meals 

  • Thursday – AASFAA provides lunch and dinner.
  • Hotel stay includes a complimentary full breakfast served daily from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., as well as a complimentary evening reception each day.

  • Thursday: Business casual is recommended. Since the evening reception follows the day's sessions, many attendees choose to remain in their conference attire.
