Membership Types

There are two main types of AASFAA members; (1) Institutional, and (2) Associate.

Institutional Members are schools. These include all types of schools, whether public or private, 4-year or 2-year, technical or proprietary.

Institutional membership means that one representative per institution may vote on corporate matters.

Associate Members are other entities. These include educational associations, government agencies, organizations involved in providing educational services, banking, savings & loan associations, etc.

Associate membership may not vote, therefore no representatives are voting members.
